WHERE CAN I FIND BY CAPRICE-KWAI IN PERSON?

Come down to a By Caprice-Kwai pop-up shop, and look at our vast collection of handmade statement jewellery, accessories and clutch bags in person. You can find out where we are popping up next here.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM PIECES?
​
Yes we do! Click on the 'Design Your Own' option in the shop, and we'll work closely together to create the perfect earrings for you. Please allow up to 14 days for your custom piece to be made and shipped.
​
You can also choose to customise specific pieces, like our statement clutch bags, rings, studs, Afro earrings and Nubian Collection.

MY EARS AREN'T PIERCED! WHAT CAN I DO?
​
Don't worry, we've got you! You can request clip-ons for selected styles in the shop. We're currently working on new designs, so we can cater for everyone. You can also choose the 'Design Your Own' option for clip-ons too.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
All pieces are handmade, with love - please allow up to 7 days (14 days for selected items) for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation number.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout, depending on what you have purchased.
Shipping is FREE for orders over £150 (UK Only).
​
Alternatively, you can pick up your order from any of our pop-up locations for FREE, which can be found here. Please select 'Pickup' at checkout and choose a date 7 days (jewellery & accessories) or 14 days (clutch bags) from your purchase.

WHO WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?
​
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail, where you will be able to track your parcel. Once an item is dropped off with Royal Mail, By Caprice-Kwai is not responsible for any issues - delayed delivery, lost items and stolen items will not be refunded.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
​
We now ship internationally!
Your item will be sent with Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed service. After your item has been made and processed, please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be delivered - to take into account strikes, delays and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout, depending on your location and what you have purchased. Customers are responsible for any customs charges.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
All pieces are unique and one of a kind - please be aware that there might be slight colour variations and/or minor imperfections. Unless your item is damaged, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately via email.
​
Custom pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
