DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM PIECES?

Yes we do! Click on the 'Design Your Own' option in the shop, and we'll work closely together to create the perfect earrings for you. Please allow up to 14 days for your custom piece to be made and shipped.

MY EARS AREN'T PIERCED! WHAT CAN I DO?

Don't worry, we've got you! You can request clip-ons for selected earrings, before checkout. We're currently working on new designs, so we can cater for everyone. You can also choose the 'Design Your Own' option in the shop for clip-ons too.

 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

 

All earrings are handmade, with love - please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation number.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

 

We're currently offering FREE DELIVERY until 29/09/21, in celebration of our launch!

WHO WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

All orders are shipped with Hermes, where you will be able to track your parcel. Once an item is dropped off with Hermes, By Caprice-Kwai is not responsible for any issues - delayed delivery, lost items and stolen items will not be refunded.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Not at the moment, but we hope to soon! We only ship to the UK.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

 

All pieces are unique and one of a kind - please be aware that there might be slight colour variations and/or minor imperfections. Unless your earrings are damaged, we do not accept returns/exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

If your earrings arrive damaged or faulty upon arrival, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to help. Please be sure to let us know of any issues via bycapricekwai@outlook.com. 

Custom pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
